Online Reservation and Ticketing Policies

Before proceeding to the Harbor Islands Express online reservation site, please read the following procedures for online sales.

 Please stop at the ticket window to pick your boarding passes up. Please print your e-mail confirmation and have it ready at the ticket window.

 Please arrive 20 - 25 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure you have time to check in.
*
 Online Ticket purchases may be refunded up to three (3) days before the travel date. No refunds will be issued within three days of sailing unless the Salem Ferry cancels the trip.

 If you wish to change the time of your departure, you may do so up to one hour prior to departure at a ticket window, or over the phone at (617) 222-6999.
*
 If you wish to board a ferry earlier than your scheduled departure, you may do so on a standby basis with your ticket for a later ferry.
* Harbor Islands Express uses open seating. Online reservations guarantee a space on the boat for the trip out to the Islands.
