Online Ticket purchases may be refunded up to three (3) days before the travel date. No refunds will be issued within three days of sailing unless the Salem Ferry cancels the trip. |

If you wish to board a ferry earlier than your scheduled departure, you may do so on a standby basis with your ticket for a later ferry. |
